Our Guiding Principles


Strive to give clients even more than they know to ask for.

 

Be willing to say to a client: "No, that's not a good idea." And be able to follow that statement with: "Here's why, here's what's better and here's how we can work together to make it happen."

 

Commit to two-way communications. Listen before talking. Base solutions on what we see and hear from clients, as well as what our training, experience and know-how tell us.

 

Meeting deadlines, maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and truth are critical components of Cole Communications services. We won't miss a deadline, violate customer confidentiality or disseminate information we believe is or may be inaccurate.

 

Nothing comes off a shelf. Different clients have different challenges, audiences, messages, strengths, personalities, timeframes, etc. We build on our experience and relationships, but we tailor solutions to each situation.

 

We won't guarantee or promise results beyond our direct control.
